Treatment has been to a good standard so far. I feel that I am safe on this unit. The food has improved considerably compared to the previous supplier. I feel sometimes that things have not been explained to me by some members of staff

Timely and appropriate support from named nurse and better support from hca’s during weekend when there’s less going on.

I believe that the majority of the staff that I have encountered whilst my stay and treatment services here on Spencer Ward in the NHS Caludon centre has been very helpful polite caring and compassionate however when I raise an issue (there isn’t enough tissues to cater for the heart ache that I endeavour)
The staff make it sometimes difficult for a solution to the problem. It seems like this place is a test for one sanity. However I do feel a lot better within my self.

Listen more intensively to the problems that we have in order to come to a positive and improved quality for a better solution to better our lives …. Please ask if you would like to know more about this.. calm is the key to improve one’s mental well-being…

Regular staff that work here are generously lovely and supportive.
Suggested improvements
* Less stews/ lentils for vegetarian food.
* Being treated the same way by staff when having an incident, rather than some staff staffing the incident, and others, letting the incident continue for however long.
* Sorting out leave forms.
* Having more staff so we can go for fresh air when we need it.
